My wife, Dr. Emily Pankovits and I are long-term residents familiar with the Tri Lakes area and are raising our 3 children to also enjoy the blessing of living in "The Ozarks". We have two fun sons and a beautiful daughter.

An Inspector is a neutral party in any transaction with the duty of providing accurate details of property conditions to allow the transactional parties to come to their own final outcome of the transaction negotiation.
